…not to watch a movie after I have read and liked the book. I’m always disappointed. If I watch the movie first before I read the book, I can like both. But if I read the book first, there is a very slim chance I’ll like the movie.
I’m watching Angels and Demons right now. I’m about 10 minutes into the movie and I am not happy. I’ve read the book twice…maybe three times. I can’t remember. Very good book. So I know how the plot is supposed to go. And the movie is already ruining it.
Granted, this isn’t as bad as some of the movies I’ve seen that are supposed to be based on books. And it could get better as it goes on I guess…
Everytime I watch a movie based on a book that I’ve read, I tell myself that I’ll never bother trying again.
I guess I’ll never learn…
